203(k) Advantages

🔹 Up-front MIP can be included in your financing.

🔹 Non-profit organizations qualify with just a 5% down payment and can purchase multiple properties upon approval.

🔹 You have the flexibility to finance up to six months of mortgage payments during the construction phase.

🔹 Explore special HUD down payment programs, including options for as low as $100 or $500.

🔹 Most of your closing costs can also be rolled into the loan.

🔹 Keep in mind that FHA loans are assumable, adding to their appeal.

🔹 Qualify for a remarkable 10% increase in appraised value.

🔹 While the Limited 203k loan has no minimum amount, please note that the $75,000 maximum covers costs and fees and often includes a 10–20% contingency; consult with your lender for details.

🔹 There is only a maximum loan amount that your county determines, not a fixed construction cost limit. Our experience includes construction amounts as high as $545,000.
